1. Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
3. Entry is open to shoppers who are not (a) employees and their immediate families, of the Promoter (The Wrigley Company (NZ) Limited), participating outlets / retailers, their respective related companies, agencies, and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion; (b) a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee, and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion; or (c) a director, shareholder, officer, employee, contractor or agent of any Prize supplier participating in the promotion.
4. To enter the promotion, purchase any product from the Extra Gum range during the Promotion Period. If the purchase is from Caltex, BP2Go, Mobil, or BP Connect you will receive an entry card. Enter at www.extrapromo.co.nz by entering the unique code on your entry card (if you purchased from Caltex, BP2Go, Mobil, or BP Connect) or by entering the barcode on the pack if you purchased from another participating outlet. You may enter as many times as you wish during the Promotion Period, but only one entry is permitted for each separate purchase.
5. If entering an Extra Gum product barcode to enter, you must retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

6. There are 10 x Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Phones (32GB) each worth RRP $1,199 to be won.
7. All Prizes will be sent to the winner by tracked courier no later than 10 days after being verified by the Promoter.
8. All Prizes will be sent to the address provided by the winners during the verification process and must be signed for on delivery. The Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
9. Each Prize is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- (a) The winner should look to the manufacturer of the Prize for all warranties. However, these terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.
- (b) The Promoter will not be liable to any person for any damage caused to the Prize, or if the Prize is lost or goes missing after the Prize is dispatched for delivery to the winner.
- (c) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If the Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter.

10. The promotion commences at 12.01am NZDT on Monday 05 October 2015 and closes at 11.59pm NZDT on Sunday 08 November 2015 (Promotion Period).
11. The Prizes will be drawn on Wednesday 25 November 2015 by random electronic selection from all valid entries. The first ten (10) eligible entries drawn will each win a Prize.
12. The Promoter’s decisions and the draw results are final and not subject to appeal.
13. The winners will be notified within (5) five business days after the prize draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within (10) ten working days, his/her Prize will be redrawn and awarded to another eligible entrant.
14. Prizes will be sent to winners within (10) ten business days of confirmation of their details.

15. By entering the promotion, each Prize winner agrees that the Promoter may use his/her name, image and photograph/s indefinitely for publicity and promotion purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
